Mental Health

Our mental health is a fundamental health need that has been ignored by many. As far as the normal daily chores happen, it means all is well, right? Wrong! We are affected by the way we deal and handle our daily puzzles of life. Additionally, we choose to stay in our caves of despair wishing no one will knock on your door and disturb! Is there hope in depression? Is there a room I can sleep like a baby and forget all that is making my health unstable? Can someone knock my door! I cannot say am depressed because its hidden behind my smile!
